The Portland-based furniture store provides a harmonious blend of an organic modern aesthetic and sustainable processes. In store and online, you’ll find exclusive modern dining room tables, organic beds, and casegoods made from sustainable woods. Clean lines, soft sensual shapes, and tactile treasures of nature translate into sophisticated furnishings and accessories with organic properties.

Our Goal

EWF Modern had been sending frequent emails to their list of subscribers for some time, they lacked an overall strategy that addressed the customer journey from acquisition to retention. Their team approached Good & Gold with the goal of developing a comprehensive email marketing program based on industry best practices.

The Strategy

After an audit of past efforts and extensive competitive research to gather information and inspiration, we mapped out a strategy geared around driving engagement throughout the customer journey.
