Digital Marketing Analyst

Good & Gold, a boutique marketing agency with offices in Oregon and New York, is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Analyst. The ideal candidate is an expert who is interested in both the technical aspects of campaign analysis and performance tracking, as well as providing qualitative and quantitative analysis for a wide variety of clients.

We’re looking for a quick-learning digital marketing analyst, able to adjust quickly, interested in working on multiple projects at the same time, and looking to demonstrate leadership and grow within their field. 

About You...

You are a data expert. You’re comfortable solving problems. You love looking at data and converting it into actionable and digestible information. You have experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Ads, Facebook, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and manage monthly reporting dashboards for clients.

  • Read, analyze, and radiate data analysis internally, helping our Digital Solutions and Creative Services teams to optimize and improve campaign performance.

  • Measure campaign performance and ROI, leveraging analysis to identify optimization opportunities including design, content, copy, channel, and call-to-action.

  • Analyze campaign performance data and identify actionable insights to improve scale and efficiency.

  • Work within Google Analytics and other data tracking platforms to set up goals and events.

  • Provide analysis and projections for potential clients in the proposal process.

  • Set benchmarks, budgets, and goals on an ongoing basis for clients.

  • Research how emerging trends, tools, networks, and features can benefit our tactics and strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years experience working on analytics, either in-house or at an agency

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio (or an equivalent data aggregation platform), Excel and/or Google Sheets as well as media platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads

    • Google Tag Manager experience is an added plus

  • Comfort in solving for technical issues relating to analytics

  • Strong analytics skills including the ability to synthesize data and provide insights and strategic actions

  • Ability to oversee projects and solve problems creatively and effectively

  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills to work on a close-knit team, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
